The menu is characterized as American cuisine with an emphasis on western technique and Asian inspired ingredients. Our dishes are small and designed to be shared; allowing you to experience as much or as little as you would like. With the award-winning, New York-based design team AvroKO as consultants, Company American Bistro encompasses more than 10,000 square feet featuring a fireside lounge surrounded by aspen trees and hurricane lamp candles. The main dining room is highlighted by a state-of-the-art wine wall and silver-leafed chandeliers.
