Luxor Gift Cards are also available for purchase in person at the Business Center or Nurture, the Spa at Luxor in any amount up to $2,500. Please call the Business Center at 702-262-4415 for hours and directions. Phone lines are open from 7 am – 5 pm PST daily. We accept cash, American Express, Discover, JVC, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Visa or MasterCard.
The Luxor Gift Card is accepted at participating merchants at Luxor Las Vegas. The Luxor Gift Cards may not be used for gaming activities or hotel reservations and are not redeemable for cash. Although Luxor Gift Cards can be applied to a hotel stay bill, they cannot be used to reserve a room in advance. See the Cardholder Agreement for a complete list of terms and conditions.
An expiration date is listed on the back of your Luxor Gift Card. Upon this date, your card will expire and you will lose all right in or to the Card funds.
Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted each month starting 12 months and 1 day after the card activation date. We encourage you to use your Luxor Gift Card within the first year after card activation.
The original balance should be indicated in the first white box located on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at: Luxor Gift Card selling locations, online at www.getmybalance.com, or by phone at 800-926-2371 (automated phone). You must have the full Luxor Gift Card number and card security code, both located on the back of the Gift Card, in order to check your balance.
The balance also appears in the authorization code of the receipt from purchases made with your Luxor Gift Card. Simply replace the X in the authorization code with a decimal. For example, 050X00 means $50.00 remaining. 1EMPTY means $0.00 remaining.
You may keep track of your available balance on the back of the Luxor Gift Card.
The Luxor Gift Card is not re-loadable. However, returns and credit amounts can be placed back on to the card by a merchant.
The Luxor Gift Card will decline if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, the customer should check the balance (see Determining the available balance), tell the cashier how much is available on the Luxor Gift Card to use towards the purchase, and pay the remainder with another form of payment.
If the Luxor Gift Card available balance is not enough to cover the entire amount of the purchase, you can use another form of payment to complete the transaction. The customer should inform the cashier how much to deduct from the Luxor Gift Card and how much to deduct from the other payment method(s). Please note that some stores are not able to split purchases between Luxor Gift Cards and credit or debit cards. In these cases, a customer may need to pay the difference in cash or check.
Subject to their return policy, merchants may credit Luxor Gift Cards back to the Luxor Gift Card used to make the original purchase. For this reason, it is very important that customers keep Luxor Gift Cards and receipts. Funds credited by the merchant will be available 3-5 days after the return is processed. If the Luxor Gift Card is not present, the merchant may issue a store credit, store valued Luxor Gift Card or exchange. Please note that voided transactions may take up to 7 days to be credited back to the Luxor Gift Card’s available balance.
Store your 16-digit Gift Card number and/or Luxor Gift Card purchase receipt in a safe location in case your Luxor Gift Card is lost or stolen. To prevent unauthorized transaction on a lost/stolen card, contact the Luxor Gift Card selling location immediately to have your Gift Card locked. Luxor Gift Cards may be replaced for a fee of $1.00; Luxor Gift Card number and proof of purchase are required for replacement. See Cardholder Agreement for more details.

Luxor Gift Cards may be purchased online in any amount but not exceeding $500.
Online purchases will be assessed a $2.00 per card Online Convenience Fee plus applicable shipping. Shipping options for orders containing 5 or less cards are: UPS Ground $13.50, Second-day delivery $16.85, Overnight delivery $25.50 or Saturday delivery $24.00. An additional $0.50 per card will be applied for each card after the initial 5, regardless of shipping method. Shipping charges will apply to each unique shipping address in a given order.
Orders placed on a weekday will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be fulfilled within 48 hours. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. Please allow for applicable shipping time.
Due to regulatory restrictions, Gift Cards shall not be sold through the Internet to purchasers located in any of the following states and Gift Cards shall not be shipped to recipients located in any of the following states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. In addition, Gift Cards cannot be sold to purchasers located in New York. Gift Cards may not be shipped internationally. If you are affected by these restrictions and would like to have Luxor hold the cards for pick-up, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to process your order.
Online purchases may be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Credit card transactions are processed via a secure payment gateway. All purchases made on this site will appear as “Luxor Online Sales” on your credit card statement. All credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.
Details of your purchase will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. A second email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

All shipping methods offered provide delivery confirmation. Confirmation of delivery serves as proof of receipt.
